What we'll never do

A short list, kept short on purpose.

KAIZEN holds a lot of sensitive material per user. Voice, story, blockers, journal. We treat your data like therapy notes — because that's what it is.

  1. 01Never sell your data. Not in pieces, not in aggregate, not ever.
  2. 02Never train any AI model on your voice, your story, or your journals — except your own private model used only for messages to you.
  3. 03Never share your voice clone with anyone, including ad partners, training partners, or future-you's enemies.
  4. 04Never reveal your identity in any anonymous group, regardless of subpoena pressure short of a valid court order — and we publish what we have to disclose, when we have to.
  5. 05Never paywall the basics: journaling, crisis resources, data export, and account deletion. Always free.
  6. 06Never silently auto-charge after a free trial. Always reminder 24 hours before.
  7. 07Never run streaks, points, or shame mechanics. The product is calm. The product stays calm.
