What this is

KAIZEN is a personal-development app. It is not therapy, not medical advice, not financial or legal advice, and not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or a hotline (we surface options inside the app).

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use KAIZEN. One account per person. Keep your sign-in email secure — we use email-based sign-in codes (no password), so anyone with access to your email can sign in. If you lose access, contact [email protected] and we'll help recover the account.

Your content

Everything you write, record, or share inside KAIZEN remains yours. By using the product, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you (generating your affirmations, stories, and future-self messages; running the anonymous community). We do not claim ownership, do not sell your content, and do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

Voice

You decide whether KAIZEN may create a private voice model from your recordings. You can revoke this consent at any time; we delete the model within 24 hours, including at our voice provider. Past generated audio stays in your library unless you also opt to wipe it.

Community rules

• Anonymous by default. Don't try to identify or contact other users off-platform.
• No sexual content, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No solicitation, spam, or medical/legal/financial advice-giving to other users.
• Don't share personally identifying details — yours or anyone else's.
• Moderation actions (warn, mute, ban) can be appealed in-app; appeals are reviewed by a different moderator.

Subscriptions

KAIZEN offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, the plan you selected renews automatically through your Apple ID or Google account. You can cancel at any time from your platform subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We send a reminder 24 hours before any charge. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Don't use KAIZEN to impersonate someone, generate audio of another person, or distribute generated audio in a way that misleads listeners. All generated audio is watermarked with a per-user signature for provenance and anti-deepfake protection.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where possible. Account deletion triggers the data-wipe behaviour described in the privacy policy.

Liability

KAIZEN is provided "as is." Affirmations and future-self messages are AI-generated and may occasionally contain errors. Use your own judgement; do not rely on KAIZEN content for any medical, legal, or financial decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
